WASHINGTON — Colts linebacker D’Qwell Jackson has been cited for assault for allegedly punching a D.C. pizza delivery driver.
Jackson reportedly punched the 31-year-old driver in the face and in the back of the head in a spat over a parking spot.
The delivery driver told police he told Jackson he was going to briefly use the parking spot. Jackson allegedly got upset and used an expletive to tell him to get out of the spot before punching him.
Jackson’s interception of a pass by New England Patriot’s Tom Brady started the controversy over whether footballs were properly inflated.
