MARC’s Camden Line severely delayed

WASHINGTON — MARC’s Camden Line is experiencing severe delays due to a disabled freight train with a switch problem.

Train 844 was canceled due to freight congestion and and switch failure. The next train to depart, Train 846, is severely delayed, according to advisories posted by MARC.

Train 851 departed Camden Station about 45 minutes later than usual.

Passengers can use the Penn Line or Metro as an alternative.
