Charles Co. sheriff asks for help identifying homicide victim

WASHINGTON — The Charles County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s help identifying a homicide victim who was found in Waldorf, Maryland, Thursday night.

The sheriff’s office said the woman is black, in her 30s or 40s and wearing a black top and gray leggings. She had a cherub tattoo on her left shoulder and another tattoo on her inner left wrist. They shared pictures of the tattoos:
