WASHINGTON — Baltimore’s Horseshoe casino will get the second Gordon Ramsay steakhouse in the country, and the first on the East Coast.
Gordon Ramsay Steak, whose first U.S. location opened at the Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas in 2012, will replace Jack Binion’s Steak on the first level of the Horseshoe, and is expected to open before the end of the year.
“I’m thrilled to be coming to Baltimore, a really exciting and emerging culinary city,” Ramsay said. “Our exceptional team is developing a menu that will combine the best dry-aged beef, finest seafood and freshest locally sourced ingredients to create a unique Charm City dining experience.”
Among the signature steaks on the menu: the 32-ounce Royal Long-bone Chop for two.
Gordon Ramsay Group operates 31 restaurants globally.
