WASHINGTON — Bar Louie — known for a menu that features 34 kinds of martinis, mojitos and margaritas — has opened its newest D.C.-area location in Wheaton, Maryland.
The bar and restaurant is in the Westfield Wheaton Mall. It is Bar Louie’s eighth location in the area.
Its 30 beers on tap include local beers, including Atlas Brew Works.
The Westfield Wheaton Mall location includes an outdoor patio, inside bar, community tables and lounge seating.
Bar Louie’s menu includes appetizers, flatbreads, salads, burgers and sandwiches, and is known for happy hour specials on food and drinks.
The first Bar Louie opened in Chicago in 1990. It has locations in 27 states now.
