Sunday’s Orioles game with Yankees postponed due to rain

WASHINGTON — If you were planning to head to Oriole Park at Camden Yards in Baltimore for Sunday’s game against the New York Yankees, it’s time to change your plans.

The team announced that the game is postponed and will be made up as a split-admission doubleheader on Saturday, August 25. The tickets for Sunday’s game will be honored for the first game of the doubleheader, a 1:05 p.m. start.

Fans unable to attend the game in August should contact the Orioles for an exchange.

The Orioles lost to the Yankees on Saturday, 8-5, and have lost seven consecutive games. The Birds travel to Queens next to face the New York Mets on Tuesday night.
