Prosecutors want evidence unsealed in Arlington murder case

ARLINGTON, Va. — Prosecutors are asking a judge to unseal the evidence and testimony from a special investigative grand jury that indicted an Arlington man in his estranged wife’s murder.

David Black has been charged with first-degree murder in the April 17 stabbing death of Bonnie Black. He’s also charged one count of burglary while armed with the intent to commit a felony.

Bonnie Black’s body was discovered in her Aurora Highlands home after her two children were spotted wandering around the Arlington neighborhood the morning of her murder.

David Black is being held without bond until his next court hearing next Thursday.
