WASHINGTON — One of the victims of a deadly shooting at Northern Arizona University went to high school in Anne Arundel County.
Anne Arundel County Schools says Colin Brough spent his freshman and sophomore years of high school at Broad Neck High School in Annapolis, Maryland.
He played lacrosse for the school his freshman year and left the school in 2011.
Brough was killed in a parking lot on the campus after a confrontation between two groups of students, according to police.
Three other students were wounded.
The alleged shooter — a fellow student at the university — has been arrested.
