One hundred animals arrived from Puerto Rico and they are ready to find a place in your home.
WASHINGTON — One hundred animals from hurricane-ravaged Puerto Rico arrived in the D.C. area, and they are looking for homes and forever families.
Lucky Dog Animal Rescue flew the animals Saturday and they arrived in the area on the same day.
There will be an adoption event from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 19, at the PetSmart in Gaithersburg, Maryland (218 Kentlands Blvd.).

The animals brought in by Lucky Dog Animal Rescue from San Juan, Puerto Rico, will be available for adoption or fostering. There is an adoption event on Sunday, Nov. 19, at the PetSmart in Gaithersburg, Maryland, on Kentlands Boulevard.
