After very early morning clouds and rain chances draw to a close, westerly winds will kick up allowing temperatures to jump into the middle 80s to lower 90s. A few isolated storms are likely, too.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT:
Partly cloudy, isolated showers and storms
Lows: 60-68
Winds: West 5-10 mph
Any remaining showers to storms should end before midnight. Lows will dip into the 60s.
THURSDAY:
Rain and thunderstorms
Highs: 75-80
Winds: Southwest 10-20 mph
Humidity levels will rise Thursday, as our winds shift back out of the southwest. Scattered showers and storms are possible, especially during the afternoon and evening hours. A few storms could reach severe limits with damaging winds and hail being the greatest threat.
FRIDAY & THE WEEKEND:
Cooler air settles in to round out the week with highs, on Friday, only in the 60s. It will also be a breezy to windy day with northwest winds gusting over 25 mph. Humidity levels will be noticeably lower to round out the week. The weekend will feature continued cooler-than-average temperatures with highs in the 60s on both days.
