Car, uniform stolen from military career center in Pr. George’s Co.

WASHINGTON — A theft at the U.S. Army Career Center in Oxon Hill, Maryland, from early Thursday morning has investigators searching for a suspect caught on surveillance footage.

Prince George’s County police and the FBI’s Baltimore Field Office are looking for the person they believe broke into the career center in the 5400 block of St. Barnabas Road just before 4 a.m. Thursday.

The suspect stole a U.S. Army dress uniform and other uniform items, police said. The suspect also stole a government-owned, black 2015 Hyundai Elantra with government tags #G137282N.

According to police, the suspect is possibly armed and may be headed to Fairfax County.
