Man arrested in death of pizza delivery man

WASHINGTON — Prince George’s County police officers have arrested a man in
connection with a homicide that occurred Saturday in Lake Arbor.

In a press release, the department says it has arrested Brandon Timothy Stevens, a
26-year-old Lake Arbor resident. Officers suspect Stevens killed Louis William
Jordan, a pizza delivery man from Landover.

Jordan was found dead at a condo complex along Beacon Ridge Drive in Lake Arbor
Saturday afternoon, county police said. When they arrived, Jordan had multiple
stab wounds inside Stevens’ condo and was pronounced dead at the scene.

An early investigation shows Jordan was making a delivery to Stevens’ home. Once
he arrived, Stevens started an argument and attacked him.

Stevens is charged with first-degree murder and remains in custody at the
Department of Corrections without bond.
