WASHINGTON — Police are looking for information about a fatal crash that occurred Wednesday, Jan. 28 on Interstate 95.
Around 1 p.m., Benjamin S. Stanley, 26, who was on foot, was struck by a refrigerator box truck going north on I-95. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The initial investigation shows Stanley was in the slow lane when he was hit and the driver, who hasn’t been charged, stayed at the scene.
Maryland State Police are asking for anyone who witnessed the accident to call 410-761-5130.
