WASHINGTON — The Maryland State Police have activated a Silver Alert for a missing 85-year-old man.
Joe Kenneth Horton is described as a white male, 5’11” and weighing 155 pounds. He has blue eyes, gray hair and wears glasses. Horton was last seen wearing a green jacket and khaki pants. His vehicle is described as a 2013 gray Nissan Versa with Maryland registration 7BA5289.
He was last seen on Friday, April 10 at 10:30 a.m. in the area of Trailway Road, Middle River, Maryland 21220. His date of birth is Dec. 22, 1930.
