A big star helps up and coming stars shine

And it happened at DC-CAPital Stars 2012 Gala Talent Competition click here for the winners. Held at the Kennedy Center it is the largest fundraiser of the year for The DC College Access Program (DC-CAP) a privately-funded nonprofit organization dedicated to encouraging and enabling DC public and public charter high school students enroll in and graduate from college.
