WASHINGTON – One father’s song parody pokes fun at those who may be less
skilled at preparing a Thanksgiving Day feast.
Penn Holderness likes to write about his culinary experiments and failures on
his blog.
When it comes to Thanksgiving, his wife, is the true champ. But Penn takes a
strange pride in his one responsibility on the big day — basting the turkey.
That’s what inspired his “All About That Baste” parody of
the popular song “All
About
That Bass.”
The Holderness family has made several other videos that garnered millions of
views, including “Xmas
Jammies” and “Kin
and
Moose.”
