What a wonderful evening in the Kennedy Center Concert Hall for the 13th Annual Cappies Gala the Critics and Awards Program for High School Theatre. In just a few weeks you will be able to see what talent has graced the stages of Northern Va., MD. and DC High Schools on the Fairfax School System's TV station Red Apple 21.
