Man charged after double slaying in Richmond

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — A 21-year-old man has been charged in the slayings of two people in Richmond.

Police say Rashard S. Cutler faces a charge of conspiracy to commit murder.

The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports (http://bit.ly/1E4SG9n ) that 24-year-old Elijah D. Gee and 18-year-old Antonio M. Sherman of Lynchburg were found dead Oct. 19 in the Westover Hills section of Richmond. A 19-year-old woman is in stable condition at a hospital with life- threatening injuries.

Police believe the shootings stemmed from an argument at a party. An investigation is continuing.
