WASHINGTON — A Gainesville, Virginia, man was arrested on child pornography charges Friday.
The Prince William County police say that they searched the house of Justin Boniewicz, 29, of Logmill Road, last Friday after they were told that he was having “explicit communication” with a 16-year-old girl in New York. When they searched his home, they say they found evidence of child pornography, and arrested them.
ABC7 reports that Boniewicz’s house is a licensed daycare, but that police don’t think children at the daycare were involved in the child pornography that Boniewicz is accused of producing.
