Man driving Porsche gets stuck in D.C. snow

WASHINGTON — It’s not easy getting around in the District Thursday morning after several inches of snow came down overnight, and one driver felt the effects firsthand when his high-end vehicle couldn’t handle the terrain.

Tom’s Porsche was virtually parked in place Thursday morning in the middle of Wisconsin Avenue as drifts of snow were close to a foot in some areas around parked cars.

“I’m in the wrong kind of car for today’s weather,” Tom said.

WTOP’s Mitchell Miller caught up with Tom as he inched his way up the hill in Georgetown.
