WASHINGTON — UPDATE: Virginia State Police say Chae Won Lim has been safely recovered.
Fairfax County police officers are looking for Chae Won Lim, a 70- year-old man who was last seen July 4 at Fair Oaks Mall in Fairfax, Virginia, according to police information.
Also according to police, Lim suffers from a cognitive impairment and the disappearance poses a “credible threat” to his health and safety.
Lim is 5’6″ and weighs 160 pounds with brown eyes and gray hair. He wore black Capri shorts and a cream striped shirt the last time he was seen.
