Chances for wintry weather continue Sunday morning, as a cold front moves through the D.C. region. High snow totals are not expected.
Sunday’s clouds clear for the most part in the evening. Light winds will allow temperatures to drop into the teens and 20s.
Monday’s high temperatures will top out in the upper 30s, with morning wind chills rising from the teens to the 30s during the afternoon.
Tuesday is forecast to be the coldest day so far this winter, with wake-up wind chills hovering around zero. Afternoon highs will stay below freezing, in the upper 20s.
After a very cold start to the day, Wednesday’s temperatures will rebound quickly with a return of south winds. Otherwise, expect a pleasant, sunny day with highs in the upper 30s.
