Nats set to host 2018 All-Star Game

WASHINGTON – The Nationals are set to host the 2018 MLB All-Star Game, and an official announcement is expected Monday.

Commissioner Rob Manfred is scheduled to throw out the ceremonial first pitch before the Nats’ season opener Monday, and make the announcement, Comcast SportsNet reports.

The District last hosted the All-Star Game in 1969, and the 2018 game would be the first played at Nationals Park.
