FRIDAY EVENING:
Overcast, with an isolated shower or storm
Highs: 67-73
Winds: South/Southeast 5-10 mph
An approaching cold front could trigger an isolated shower or storm this evening and early night. This front will usher in a drier airmass for the weekend.
OVERNIGHT:
Cloudy to partly cloudy
Lows: 55-65
Winds: Light & Variable
Dry weather is expected overnight with scattered clouds and seasonably cool temperatures.
SATURDAY:
Becoming mostly sunny
Highs: 75-80
Winds: North 5-10mph
Early morning clouds and patchy fog will give way to abundant sunshine. High temperatures will be slightly warmer than average in the upper 70s with lower humidity. Make sure you have your sunglasses for your weekend plans.
SUNDAY:
Mostly sunny
Highs: 75-80
Winds: North 5-10 mph
It will be a chilly and crisp start to the day with morning temperatures in the upper 40s in our western suburbs and low to mid 50s downtown. Another super sunny is on tap with warm afternoon highs in the 70s. Clouds will increase late Sunday night ahead of another cold front.
NEXT WEEK:
A few showers are possible while most are sleeping Sunday night into very early Monday morning, so don’t be surprised if the pavement is wet Monday morning. Monday will be beautiful with sunshine and highs in the low 70s. The coolest air of the season will settle into the area midweek.
