WASHINGTON — An alert has been issued for a missing 73-year-old man in Virginia.
The Luray Police Department and Virginia State Police are asking for help finding Leonard Charles Fox. He was last seen Monday on Horsepen Road in Luray.
According to Virginia State Police, Fox may be driving a green 1999 Ford Ranger with Virginia license plate ZVY-3503.
Fox is described as standing 5-feet-5-inches tall, weighing 233 pounds, with brown eyes and gray/black hair. He suffers from a cognitive impairment, and Virginia State Police say Fox’s disappearance poses a credible threat to his health and safety.
