WASHINGTON — A Laurel man has been charged with two felonies in connection with his alleged inappropriate behavior with children at a camp in Virginia.
Michael M. Sanders-Price Jr. turned himself in to the Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday.
The 26-year-old has been charged with one count of aggravated sexual battery against a child less than 13 years of age, and one count of taking indecent liberties with a child by a person in a custodial or supervisory relationship.
Sanders-Price is being held at the Fauquier County Adult Detention Center without bond.
The sheriff’s office began its investigation after receiving a report from a family member of one of the victims. The investigation revealed there was one more victim. They’re both younger than 18.
Allegedly, the incidents occurred in late July at Camp Moss Hollow in Markham, Virginia.
