The car that the teen was driving went off the road and stuck a pole, said police, who are asking for the public's help in figuring out the reason.
WASHINGTON — Prince George’s County police are investigating a crash that killed an 18-year-old driver Sunday night.
Daniel Navarro-Caravantes of Clinton, Maryland, was pronounced dead at the scene after officers were called to the 8400 block of Temple Hill Road in Clinton at about 10:50 p.m.
The car, which had been traveling southbound on Temple Hill, had struck a pole, according to a preliminary investigation.
No one else was in the car, police said.
