2 security guards shot at Cadillac Ranch restaurant in National Harbor

WASHINGTON — Two people were shot early Thursday morning at the Cadillac Ranch restaurant at National Harbor in Prince George’s County, Maryland. Police have a suspect in custody.

A spokesman for Prince George’s County Police said a fight broke out in the restaurant in the 180 block of Fleet Street.

Two male security guards went to escort a man out. He pulled out a handgun and fired, shooting them both. Police responded around 12:45 a.m.

Both victims are expected to recover.

The suspect fled but was arrested a short time later by police. Police have not yet released the identity of the suspect.
