UPDATED May 20, 2015, 9:22 p.m.: Isiah Bogan, 20, was arrested late Wednesday morning in Forestville.
Officers spotted him in a car in the 1900 block of Brooks Drive, and he was taken into custody.

WASHINGTON — Police in Prince George’s County, Maryland have identified the suspect in the sexual assault of a 12-year-old girl, with the help of a tipster.
Police say they have obtained an arrest warrant for Isiah Tyrek Bogan, 20, of the 1900 block of Brooks Drive.
Police say on May 13, a girl was sexually assaulted in the hallway of her Forestville apartment building. The girl’s mother spotted Bogan, who had not yet been identified, near the family’s apartment last Friday. The mother lunged at the man and forced him to the ground, but he was able to get away, according to police.
After the encounter, investigators released additional information about the suspect, including details about his tattoos and a facial marking. He has the word “blessed” tattooed on his neck, as well as a star on each shoulder.
After the updated description was released, a tipster called police and helped to identify Bogan as the suspect.
Prince George’s County Police say Bogan will face charges for several sex offenses, second-degree assault and additional charges.
