WTOP Entertainment Reporter Jason Fraley chats with Billy Bob Thornton as today marks the 25th anniversary of him winning the Oscar for Best Adapted Screenplay with “Sling Blade.” Thornton called in with his bandmate J.D. Andrew when their band The Boxmasters played Rams Head in Annapolis and The Hamilton in D.C. in 2017.
