WASHINGTON — The Philadelphia Eagles’ Super Bowl LII victory was also a YouTube victory, because it brought us this viral gem of a rally speech.

Center Jason Kelce — who unveiled his Mardi Gras outfit a few days early — took to the lectern outside the Philadelphia Museum of Art Thursday and unleashed a zesty freestyle that combined the oratorical gravity of a sermon with the laryngitic testosterone of a WWE interview.
