On a per-share basis, the Plano, Texas-based company said it had profit of $1. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 70 cents per share.
The semiconductor components maker posted revenue of $445.5 million in the period.
For the current quarter ending in September, Diodes expects its per-share earnings to range from 95 cents to $1.15.
