On a per-share basis, the West Fargo, North Dakota-based company said it had a loss of $1.59. Losses, adjusted for restructuring costs, were $1.43 per share.
The agriculture and construction equipment seller posted revenue of $641.8 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported a loss of $54.2 million, or $2.38 per share. Revenue was reported as $2.43 billion.
