The Garden City, New York-based company said it had profit of 83 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were $1.05 per share.
The kitchen products company posted revenue of $204.1 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported a loss of $26.9 million, or $1.24 per share. Revenue was reported as $647.9 million.
