The Holliston, Massachusetts-based company said it had a loss of 3 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to less than 1 cent on a per-share basis.
The medical instruments maker posted revenue of $20.6 million in the period.
For the current quarter ending in December, Harvard Bioscience said it expects revenue in the range of $22.5 million to $24.5 million.
