On a per-share basis, the Milwaukee-based company said it had net income of 93 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were $1.02 per share.
The investment management firm posted revenue of $301.3 million in the period.
Artisan Partners shares have increased roughly 3% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $44.17, a decline of almost 1% in the last 12 months.
