The Reston, Virginia-based company said it had profit of $1.28 per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were $1.66 per share.
The results topped Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of four analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $1.63 per share.
The consulting and technology services provider posted revenue of $476.2 million in the period, falling short of Street forecasts. Four analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $478.3 million.
