The provider of nursing and rehabilitative care services posted revenue of $1.23 billion in the period, also exceeding Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $1.21 billion.
Ensign Group expects full-year earnings to be $6.34 to $6.46 per share, with revenue in the range of $4.99 billion to $5.02 billion.
