The Detroit-based company said it had a loss of 19 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 8 cents per share.
The results met Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of seven analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was also for earnings of 8 cents per share.
The company posted net revenue of $646.9 million in the period and adjusted revenue of $1.32 billion. The adjusted revenue exceeded the forecast of five analysts surveyed by Zacks of $1.22 billion.
For the current quarter ending in December, Rocket Companies said it expects revenue in the range of $1.05 billion to $1.2 billion.
