The Wall, New Jersey-based company said it had net income of $1.22 per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to $1.40 per share.
The energy services holding company posted revenue of $657.9 million in the period.
New Jersey Resources expects full-year earnings in the range of $2.85 to $3 per share.
