The San Francisco-based company said it had a loss of 8 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 25 cents per share.
The data-services company posted revenue of $171.9 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $11.9 million, or 17 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $659.7 million.
For the current quarter ending in June, LiveRamp said it expects revenue in the range of $172 million.
The company expects full-year revenue in the range of $710 million to $730 million.
