These are challenging times indeed for the real estate industry, still reeling from a work-from-home malaise and a punishing bump in interest rates.

For the first time ever, we are handing out a People’s Choice Award at the event, which is slated for April 25 at 1445 New York Ave. NW. Anyone who attends the event can vote for the winner, but we want all of our readers to help come up with five finalists from our list of honored deals. The five projects that receive the most votes will move forward.
