The New York-based company said it had profit of 36 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were $1.27 per share.
The internet and cloud services company posted revenue of $326 million in the period.
Ziff Davis expects full-year earnings in the range of $6.02 to $6.54 per share, with revenue in the range of $1.35 billion to $1.41 billion.
