On a per-share basis, the New York-based company said it had a loss of 16 cents. Earnings, adjusted for amortization costs and non-recurring costs, were $1.10 per share.
The internet and cloud services company posted revenue of $307.1 million in the period.
Ziff Davis expects full-year earnings in the range of $6.02 to $6.54 per share, with revenue in the range of $1.35 billion to $1.41 billion.
