The Richmond, Virginia-based company said it had profit of $2.15 per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, came to 97 cents per share.
The leaf tobacco merchant posted revenue of $694 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $124.1 million, or $4.97 per share. Revenue was reported as $2.57 billion.
