On a per-share basis, the Fremont, California-based company said it had profit of $1.02. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were $1.37 per share.
The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of 11 analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $1.21 per share.
The solar technology company posted revenue of $726 million in the period, which also topped Street forecasts. Twelve analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $723.4 million.
For the current quarter ending in June, Enphase Energy said it expects revenue in the range of $700 million to $750 million.
