On a per-share basis, the Yardley, Pennsylvania-based company said it had a loss of 17 cents.
The specialty pharmaceutical company posted revenue of $20.9 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported a loss of $74.8 million, or 87 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $76.3 million.
OptiNose expects full-year revenue in the range of $62 million to $68 million.
