On a per-share basis, the Denver-based company said it had profit of 30 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 83 cents per share.
The potash and fertilizer producer posted revenue of $66.7 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $59.8 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $72.2 million, or $5.37 per share. Revenue was reported as $303.4 million.
