CORAL GABLES, Fla. (AP) — CORAL GABLES, Fla. (AP) — Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. (FDP) on Wednesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $18.3 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.
The Coral Gables, Florida-based company said it had profit of 38 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 45 cents per share.
The food producer posted revenue of $1.04 billion in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $98.6 million, or $2.06 per share. Revenue was reported as $4.44 billion.
