ASGN Inc. (NYSE: ASGN), a publicly traded IT services company based in Glen Allen, said Wednesday it closed its $350 million acquisition of GlideFast Consulting LLC.
Waltham, Massachusetts-based GlideFast is a consulting firm focused on assisting clients that use ServiceNow, a cloud-computing platform. ASGN said GlideFast will become part of subsidiary Apex Consulting Services within its larger commercial segment.
ASGN said GlideFast’s financial results will be incorporated into its third quarter financials from the date of the acquisition. GlideFast anticipates $95 million in revenue across 2022 and a 30% revenue increase in 2023. ASGN said the purchase gives it access to the larger ServiceNow market, which it values at $190 billion.
